Service Description

Scar tissue treatment is used to rehabilitate skin and deep tissue following surgeries, injuries, or burns. During the healing process, the primary goal of the body is to close the wound. The disorganisation of the collagen fibers / random matrix, is what creates the typical look of a scar, and what can leave tissue hard, imobile and "tethered" to the underlying muscles / nerves / joints. Through the use of different techniques and tools, we can release adhesions / thethered tissues, and facilitate blood flow, range of motion, and general comfort.
